OUR TAKE

A sender configuration for a custom sequence

LoopMessage’s dedicated plans expose separate number, fallback and initiation options. It is an option for a custom automation when the team is willing to assemble the needed sender functions and application state.

Price the enrollment path

For a new-contact sequence, ask which initiation option, warmup and opt-in requirements apply. Add the necessary phone-number and fallback costs where relevant.

The fetched pricing separates recurring fees and setup. Keep the first-year total visible rather than comparing only the lowest dedicated base.

Prevent a fallback race

A custom workflow must know whether the original send is still pending and whether a fallback has already occurred. That state affects whether a reminder should be retried or stopped.

Treat a timeout as uncertainty until the documented status path resolves it. A workflow that sends a second copy to compensate for unknown delivery can create the very confusion it was meant to avoid.

The decision in one sentence

Evaluate LoopMessage against the trigger, stop rule and recovery responsibilities described above.
