OUR TAKE
Choose the automation mode the team can supervise
Tuco AI describes Manual, Copilot and Autopilot operation with an AI-oriented workspace. Its automation appeal is a packaged path from assisted drafting toward more autonomous handling.
Show the same scenario in each mode
Ask the provider to run an owned conversation with a new question, a customer reply and a request for a person. Observe what changes between Manual, Copilot and Autopilot.
The useful comparison is the operator’s ability to inspect, edit and stop an action. An autonomous label alone does not prove the system handles uncertainty as your business expects.
Include setup and knowledge upkeep
The public pricing page publishes a $335 setup fee. Confirm the selected monthly tier, included onboarding and how the business knowledge used for replies is maintained.
A packaged assistant can reduce adapter work while leaving business content and supervision with the customer. Assign those duties before deciding that the flow is ready to run.
The decision in one sentence
Evaluate Tuco AI against the trigger, stop rule and recovery responsibilities described above.
